BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book and secure your event date. • The remaining 50% balance is due 48 hours prior to your event via Zelle or Apple Pay. • No same-day payments are accepted.
TRAVEL & PARKING FEES
• A travel/parking fee will be added to your total.
• Fees start at $35 and may increase based on your hotel or location.
HOTEL & ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
• You must make arrangements with the hotel front desk to leave a room key or already be checked in prior to our arrival.
• We cannot check in on your behalf.
• Airbnb bookings require an additional $30 fee and must be self check-in/keyless entry only.
🚫 High-ceiling (12ft +) rooms are not accepted for room décor setups.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RESCHEDULING
• All booking retainers are non-refundable.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund of the remaining balance if already paid.
• Rescheduling is permitted up to 90 days from your original booking date.
• We understand that life happens and strive to work with our clients fairly to find the best possible solution.
