The Balloon Garland is 5 feet and includes indoor or outdoor installation. The balloons are filled with air, NOT helium and do not float in the air. We use high quality latex balloons in a variety of sizes. Mylar balloons, fringe and tassels can be added for an additional fee. (subject to availability)
