Bounce House Rules & Safety Guidelines

Our bounce houses are cleaned, sanitized, and professionally installed to provide a safe and exciting experience for your guests. To ensure a smooth setup and protect the integrity of our equipment, please carefully review the following rules and requirements.

📦 Rental Overview

Surface Required: Flat, level, dry surface
Power Requirement: Within 50 ft of adequate outlet
Supervision: Adult required at all times
Setup: Professionally installed and secured by our team
⚠️ Capacity varies depending on age and size of participants.
Overcrowding is strictly prohibited for safety.

🚚 Be Prepared for Delivery

To ensure timely and safe installation:
Measure width, length, AND height of setup space prior to booking.
Check for low-hanging tree limbs, rooflines, light fixtures, or overhangs.
Clear all furniture, décor, and breakables from the area.
Provide a 4ft wide, clear pathway to the setup location.
Pathway must be wheelchair/dolly accessible.
NO stairs, steps, steep slopes, or tight turns.
Remove vehicles, toys, debris, sticks, rocks, and pet waste from path.
Grass must be freshly cut and completely dry.
Ensure a working electrical outlet within 50 ft of setup area.
If at a park or public venue, renter must provide an adequate power source.
Secure pets away from setup area.
Keep children clear during setup and breakdown.
An adult 18+ must be present at delivery to confirm placement.
We confirm “the spot” with you before staking. Equipment may not be moved once secured.
Delays caused by unprepared areas may reduce rental time and may incur additional fees.

🚫 Strictly Prohibited

To protect our inflatables from damage:
NO face paint or acrylic paint near equipment
NO silly string, confetti poppers, or piñatas near inflatable
NO sharp objects in pockets (pens, keys, belt buckles, jewelry)
NO shoes inside the inflatable
NO food, drinks, candy, gum, or lollipops
NO pets inside the inflatable
NO vinyl stickers, tape, banners, or adhesives
NO climbing or hanging on walls or netting
NO moving equipment after installation
NO unsupervised children at any time
Failure to comply may result in cleaning fees, repair fees, or full replacement charges.

✅ Required Safety Measures

Adult supervision is required at ALL times.
Enforce: no wall climbing, no flips, no rough play.
Enforce: no overcrowding.
Ensure children remove shoes, glasses, and sharp items before entering.
Clean hands only — pizza sauce, icing, and colored drinks can permanently stain vinyl.
Bounce house must remain a DRY ZONE at all times.
The renter assumes responsibility for enforcing all safety rules throughout the rental period.

🌤 Weather & Outdoor Requirements

Surface must be flat, level, and completely dry.
We do NOT set up on mud, gravel, dirt, or asphalt.
Provide a tarp if pets frequent the yard.
Check the weather forecast before making final payment.
If high winds, rain, unsafe weather, or unsafe surface conditions are present upon arrival, setup may be canceled without refund for safety reasons.

⚡ Power Requirements

Standard 110-volt, 20-amp GFCI protected outlet required within 20ft of the set up area.
Electricity degrades over distance — proper inflation depends on adequate power.
Extension cords must not exceed approved limits.
If power fails during rental, renter is responsible for restoring power immediately.
