BUBBLE HOUSE RULES


🛠 SET UP

Setup must be within 10 ft of a dedicated power source.
Installation takes approximately 45–60 minutes.
Outdoor setup must be fully shaded at ALL times. NO direct sun.
Flat, level surface required (grass or hard surface).
NO uneven ground, gravel, dirt, or mud.
NO outdoor setup if there is ANY chance of rain or high winds.
Clear a 4 ft wide pathway for equipment access.
An adult (18+) must be present at delivery to confirm placement.
Equipment may NOT be moved once installed.
We reserve the right to cancel setup if weather or surface conditions are unsafe.

🧼 STAINS & DAMAGE PREVENTION

The Bubble House is clear vinyl and stains easily. To protect it:
NO food, snacks, drinks, candy, or gum inside.
NO cake icing, chocolate, or pizza sauce.
NO face paint, glitter, makeup, chalk, or markers.
NO silly string, slime, confetti, or poppers.
NO sharp objects, shoes, or heels inside.
NO vinyl stickers, tape, or adhesives.
Failure to follow these rules may result in cleaning or full replacement fees.

🎈BALLOONS

Interior balloons are included to enhance whimsical experience.
Exterior balloon garlands available for an additional fee.
NO intentional popping of interior balloons.
Quiet balloon disposal will take place after event.

🛡 SAFETY

TPZ attendant required on site to manage equipment.
Children under 3 must be accompanied by an adult.
Maximum 4–6 guest inside at one time (depending on size/age).
NO rough play, flips, wrestling, or touching walls.
Remove glasses, jewelry, and sharp items before entering.
Bubble House must remain a DRY ZONE at all times.
If power is interrupted, all guests must exit immediately until airflow is restored.

🌦 WEATHER POLICY

NO rain, drizzle, or high winds.
NO wet grass or muddy conditions.
Bubble House must remain completely dry.
Please check forecast prior to final payment.
Weather-related cancellations are refundable.
Do not pay final balance until weather forecast is confirmed.
