BUMPER CARS RULES


🛠 SET UP REQUIREMENTS

INDOOR SETUP
Minimum 15 ft x 15 ft of clear, unobstructed floor space required.
All rugs, furniture, and décor must be removed prior to arrival.
Provide a clear pathway for delivery access.
Power source must be within 10 ft for setup and breakdown.
Children and pets must remain out of the setup area during installation.
Equipment may NOT be moved once installed.
OUTDOOR SETUP

NO RAIN. If there is ANY chance of rain, an indoor space or garage must be provided as a backup plan.
Setup area must be in close proximity to parking for unloading.
Minimum 15 ft x 15 ft of flat, level hard surface required.
No gravel, dirt, mud, or uneven ground.
Surface must be completely dry at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe.

🚫 BUMPER ARENA

No food, snacks, or drinks in the arena.
No sharp objects.
No stickers, labels, banners or signs
No face paint, glitter, silly string, tape or confetti.
No poppers, streamers, chalk, or toys inside arena.
No shoes inside the arena.
Damage to cars or arena due to misuse may result in repair or replacement fees.

🛡 SAFETY

Adult supervision required at ALL times.
Maximum weight limit: 50–60 lbs per car.
Age 5 and UNDER
No overcrowding in arena.
No sitting or standing on cars.
No pushing cars manually.
No intentional ramming at high speed.
Cars are designed for safe, gentle bumper-style riding only.

📋 RENTAL DETAILS

Cars are designed to operate approximately 2 – 2.5 hours per the manufacturer.
Cars are tested and fully charged prior to delivery.
Helium balloons may be attached to the hard surface of the car only — NOT on labels or controls.
