Policies & Information

We are located in Sugarland near Houston, Texas (77479) and serve surrounding areas within a 20-mile radius. For locations outside this radius, please contact us before booking to confirm that we can service your requested location.

Booking Notice & Rush Fee
All inquiries must be submitted at least 1 week prior to your celebration date. Services booked within 7 days of your event will incur an $50 “Room Rush Fee”, which must be paid in full at the time of booking due to the short notice and additional preparation required.

Parking Fees
If your hotel requires paid parking, a $30 valet fee will be added to your invoice. This fee can be waived if you prefer to have the valet cost added to your room tab upon our arrival.

Retainer & Final Payment
All bookings require a NON REFUNDABLE 50% retainer to book the date, time, location and set up. Bookings are not confirmed until your retainer is received. Full payment is due 72 hours prior to scheduled booking date. The event set up will not occur without full payment prior. If balance has not been paid 72 hours prior to the event, a fee of $25 will be incurred. If payment is not paid 72 hours before the scheduled booking, the booking will be cancelled and no refund will be provided.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
We do understand that life happens. However, the retainer is non-refundable. If you need to make adjustments to the time or location, a request must be submitted via email at least 7 days before your confirmed reservation date. Each situation will be reviewed on a case by case basis to determine the status of any remaining balance.
