📑 Setup Requirements

🏠 INDOOR SETUP
To ensure a safe and smooth installation:
Minimum 10ft x 12ft of clear, unobstructed floor space required.
All furniture, rugs, and décor must be removed prior to arrival.
Floors must be clean and completely dry.
Area must be flat and level. (no carpet, rugs, or uneven surfaces)
No poles, fireplaces, or obstructions within the setup space.
Children and pets must remain away from the setup area during installation and breakdown.

🌤 OUTDOOR SETUP
Outdoor setups must meet strict safety conditions:
🚫 NO DIRECT SUNLIGHT
Setup must be in full shade only. (covered patio or client-provided canopy tent required before setup)
Direct sun heats vinyl equipment and becomes unsafe for children.
🚫 NO CHANCE OF RAIN OR WET CONDITIONS
If there is ANY chance of rain in the forecast, you must provide an indoor or fully covered backup location
We do NOT set up on wet surfaces.
✅ SURFACE REQUIREMENTS
Must be flat, level, and completely dry.
Acceptable: concrete or well-maintained dry grass
NOT allowed: mud, gravel, dirt, asphalt, or wet grass
✅ AREA PREP
Remove sticks, rocks, debris, ant beds, and pet waste.
Grass must be freshly cut and dry.
Provide a tarp if pets frequent the yard.
💧 DRY ZONE ONLY
No water activities nearby (water slides, splash pads, balloons, etc.)
No wet clothing inside play area.
⚠️ If unsafe conditions (mud, heat, rain, or uneven ground) are present upon arrival, setup may be canceled without refund.

🚫 Strictly Prohibited

To protect our luxury equipment and ensure safety:
NO face paint or acrylic paint.
NO slime, silly string, confetti poppers, or piñatas nearby.
NO shoes or heels inside play area.
NO food, drinks, candy, gum, or lollipops.
NO pets inside play area.
NO tape, stickers, banners, or adhesives on equipment.
NO moving equipment once installed.
NO unsupervised children at any time.
NO placing play area more than 20 feet from supervising adults.
⚠️ Failure to follow these rules may result in cleaning fees or full replacement charges.

✅ Required Safety Measures

Adult supervision is required at ALL times
Enforce:
No overcrowding.
No shoes.
No food or drinks.
Clean hands before play.
Measure and confirm adequate setup space before booking.
Keep children and pets away during setup and breakdown.
If setup is outdoors, grass must be freshly cut, level, and completely dry.
Provide a tarp if pets frequent the yard.
Secure pets away from setup path and event area.
Keep children clear of the work zone during setup and breakdown.
Ensure an adult 18+ is present at delivery to confirm placement.
We reserve the right to refuse setup if the area or environment is unsafe, obstructed, wet, muddy, or does not meet surface requirements. Delays caused by unprepared spaces may reduce rental time, result in NON delivery and/or may incur additional fees.

🧸 Care & Use of Equipment

To maintain the quality and safety of our luxury soft play equipment, the following guidelines must be followed at all times:
Equipment is designed for toddlers only (ages 0–4)
Use equipment as intended — no climbing on gates, standing on blocks, or rough play.
Do not drag, move, or reposition any equipment after setup.
Keep all items within the designated play area.
Ensure children have clean hands and socks. (no bare feet if dirty)
Immediately remove any child who is sick, has food, or sticky hands.
Avoid contact with sharp objects, toys with hard edges, or anything that may puncture or stain vinyl.
Do not place personal toys, balls, or outside equipment inside the play area.
Prevent overcrowding to avoid damage and ensure safe play.

⚠️ Food items like pizza sauce, cake icing, and colored drinks can permanently stain vinyl — please monitor closely.
⚠️ Damage Policy:
Client is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including rips, tears, stains, burns, or misuse of equipment. Repair or replacement fees will be charged accordingly.
✅ All balls must be in ball pit at pickup.

🚚 Be Prepared For Delivery

To avoid delays or cancellation:
Provide parking close to setup area.
Ensure clear pathway. (no vehicles, trash cans, toys, debris, or obstacles)
Setup area must be fully cleared before arrival.
Remove all furniture, rugs, décor, and breakables.
Secure pets away from setup and event area.
Ensure an adult (18+) is present at delivery to confirm placement
⚠️ We reserve the right to refuse setup if the area is unsafe, obstructed, wet, or unprepared.
Delays may reduce rental time or result in non-delivery and additional fees.

🚨 Important Safety Notice

Soft play is designed for toddlers under age 4
Rough play is not permitted, including:
Climbing on gates
Standing on blocks
Jumping from tunnels
Misuse of equipment
The renter assumes full responsibility for ensuring all rules are followed by guests throughout the event.
