Soft Play Rules
🚫 Strictly Prohibited
To protect our luxury vinyl equipment and ensure safety:
NO face paint or acrylic paint near the equipment
NO silly string, slime, confetti poppers, or piñatas near play area
NO shoes or heels inside play area
NO food, drinks, candy, gum, or lollipops
NO pets inside play area
NO vinyl stickers, tape, banners, or adhesive materials on equipment
NO moving equipment once set up
NO unsupervised children at any time
NO placing play area more than 20 feet away from supervising adults
Failure to follow these rules may result in cleaning fees or full replacement charges for damaged items.
✅ Required Safety Measures
An adult must supervise at all times.
Enforce: no overcrowding, no shoes, no food, clean hands.
Measure and confirm a flat unobstructed space before event day.
No poles, fireplaces, rugs, carpet, gravel, dirt, or asphalt.
Keep children and pets away during setup and breakdown.
Pizza sauce, cake icing, and colored drinks can permanently stain vinyl — please monitor closely.
🌤 Outdoor Event Requirements
For backyard setups
Area must be flat, level, and completely dry.
Remove sticks, debris, ant beds, rocks, and pet waste.
Provide a tarp if pets frequent the grass.
We do NOT set up on wet grass, mud, gravel, dirt, or asphalt.
Soft play must remain a DRY ZONE at all times.
No water slides, splash pads, water balloons, or wet clothing nearby.
Please check the weather forecast before making final payment.
If rain, mud, or unsafe conditions are present upon arrival, setup may be canceled without refund.
🚚 Be Prepared for Delivery
To ensure timely and safe installation, the following must be ready prior to arrival:
Access to safe parking closest to set up area.
Clear a fully unobstructed 10ftx12ft flat area before our team arrives.
Remove ALL furniture, décor, rugs, and breakables from the setup area.
Ensure pathway to setup location is clear of vehicles, debris, toys, pet waste, and obstacles.
If setup is indoors, floors must be clean and dry.
If setup is outdoors, grass must be freshly cut, level, and completely dry.
Provide a tarp if pets frequent the yard.
Secure pets away from setup path and event area.
Keep children clear of the work zone during setup and breakdown.
Ensure an adult 18+ is present at delivery to confirm placement.
We reserve the right to refuse setup if the area or environment is unsafe, obstructed, wet, muddy, or does not meet surface requirements. Delays caused by unprepared spaces may reduce rental time, result in NON delivery and/or may incur additional fees.
🚨 Important Safety Notice
Soft play is designed specifically for toddlers under age 4. Rough play, climbing on gates, standing on blocks, or misuse of equipment is not permitted.
The renter assumes responsibility for ensuring rules are followed by guests throughout the rental period.
