Teepee Sleepover Rental FAQ’s

How does delivery & set up work?

Before your guests arrive, we will deliver, assemble, and style your chosen teepee decor with bedding, blankets, pillows, fairy lights, and trays. When your event is over, we will return the next day to pack everything up, leaving you with magical memories to cherish forever. You can expect prompt and professional service that makes planning your party or event easier. On average a residential delivery takes about. 60 - 120 minutes, depending on how many tents we are setting up. Please make sure the space is readily available and move furniture/rugs BEFORE we arrive. We ask that you notify us AT THE TIME OF BOOKING of any restrictions that could delay set up such as (i.e. lack of parking, elevator, stairs, gate code, etc) prior to event day. Failure to do so may result in a delay in set up, additional fees or cancellation of the reservation.

What are your delivery areas?

We deliver to Houston, Sugarland, Richmond, Katy, Bellaire, West University, Missouri City, Fresno, Manvel, West University, The Heights, League City, Friendswood, Rosharon and most areas within 30 miles of 77479.

How do I book an event?

Reservations can be made up to six months in advance. Check availability and submit and reserve online 24/7 at www.ToddlerSoftPlay.com. Complete the Teepee Slumber Party Booking Request online, get a quote and submit $100 non-refundable retainer to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. If you book an event less than 7 days before the event date, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

  3. Pay the $100 retainer to secure your date.

  4. Sign your rental agreement contract.

  5. You're all set!

How much space is needed?

Each teepee setup measures about 5ft W x 6ft L including a twin-sized mattress. We need at least 16ft x 24 ft of free space, depending on the number of teepees rented. When quoting your price, we will carefully assess your space, measurements provided in order to decide on the best layout.

How do you clean equipment?

We prioritize the safety and cleanliness of our sleepover materials. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use. Additionally, we employ a professional laundry service to clean all bedding.

How long is the rental period?

The rental period is typically 24 hours, though this may vary depending on our prior arrangement.

What can I do to prepare for the setup?

To ensure a magical sleepover experience, we ask that the setup area be smoke and pet-free and as clean as possible. Please move as much furniture from the area as you can. The more space and less furniture, the better!

How much is required to book an event?

A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due one week prior to event.

When is the final payment due?

The final payment is due one week prior to the event date. If payment is not received or the date is not changed, the security deposit will be forfeited.

What if I need to cancel my party?

We understand that plans can change. Parties can be rescheduled for a later date. The retainer is non-refundable but transferable. If the party is canceled within 7 days prior to the event and all fees have been paid, the funds are only transferable or you can receive a 50% refund of the party.

Can I keep the teepees for more than one night?

Absolutely! You can extend your party for an additional night for $50 per teepee per night, subject to inventory availability and our booking calendar.

How long do you need to set up?

Our setup team is focused on safely and efficiently setting up your teepee party. Setup takes 1-3 hours depending on your theme, location, and the number of teepees included in your package.

Can I have you set up my teepees on Friday?

Yes! It’s possible. We offer Friday setups for an after school start time and early Saturday start time, depending on circumstances and our current event schedule.

Do you have hypo-allergenic options?

Yes, all our teepees and bedding are cleaned with non-fragrant hypo-allergenic detergent to ensure comfort for guests sensitive to allergens.

What if I have pets?

We love pets, but please keep them off the teepees to prevent puncturing the air mattresses.

If have a special theme for my party. Can you accommodate?

Yes, we can customize any theme or colors for an additional charge ranging from $100 - $200, depending on the theme and number of guests.

Can I request props?

Absolutely! Props make sleepover parties pop. Select your party props from our add-ons when booking. If you have a special request, let’s chat! Additional pricing will apply.

What colors do you have?

We offer a wide range of colors. Choose from our curated collection or request a specific color at no extra charge. Let's talk about your options!

Do you have to come to my house to see the space before you quote me?

No, for your convenience, please send pictures of your space and/or provide measurements at the time of booking. This helps us provide the best layout according to the shape and size of the area. Call/Text us at 8327446779.

What if I need to add or remove teepees at the last minute?

We understand last-minute changes happen. Adding teepees may be possible depending on availability with additional fees. If a teepee needs to be removed, the original booking fee remains.

Do your teepees work for adults?

Yes, our teepees are 5 ft. tall and can accommodate adults. Inflatable air mattresses are twin-sized. Adult teepee sleepover themes are considered custom. Contact us for more details.

Who will be coming to my home to set up and break down the teepees?

We will! The business owner and possibly an assistant will set up and break down the teepees at the designated time.

Can we personalize the keepsakes?

Yes, personalize items for your guests by submitting the guest list with the correct spelling of names at least one week prior to your event.

Can I have my party in my backyard?

Unfortunately, we do not offer slumber tent rental setup in the backyard at this time.

How far in advance should I book my party?

Book at least three weeks in advance. If booked one week prior, the full balance is due on the booking day.

Are your teepees safe? How are they secured?

Absolutely! Our Custom tents are secured at the top and bottom. Once set up, they remain stable.

Do you do day rentals?

Yes, you can rent our teepees for photo shoots, weddings, or picnics.

Do I need a power supply?

Yes, we use electricity to blow up and deflate the air mattresses.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Zelle is our preferred payment method. However, we accept most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover via Square. Credit card payments must provide a valid photo ID at the time of booking.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, we charge a minimum $125 delivery fee that includes delivery, set up and return trip to break down and pickup.
